Incidents
Beginning/Middle/End is divided into three stages. Only work in the Beginning and Middle stages is public at this time, although work in all stages is underway. Incidents in each of the three sections is further divided into three categories:
- Major projects planned and promoted publicly as components of B/M/E.
- Other major projects functioning separately from B/M/E but thematically similar and therefore included as umbrella projects.
- Ephemeral and/or spontaneous unannounced actions that are neither announced nor documented, but only recorded by location, agents and date.
